\n

\n If you are under the age of 18, you will also not be eligible to\n win any cash element of a Prize (if applicable) and parental or\n guardian permission must be obtained to claim any Prize. Such\n permission must include confirmation that the parent/guardian\n agrees to the Player's Entry to the Game, they agree to the\n Player being awarded a Prize and will accompany the Player\n during any travel connected to the Prize. For the avoidance of\n doubt, this permission is separate to the permission that must\n be obtained by all Players under the age of 13 to set up a\n Premier League account, which is required to play the Game.\n

Each Player is then able to create a team or mini-league.\n

\n

\n 2. Registration for the Game is open to both UK and non-UK\n residents. Employees (and immediate family members) of the\n Premier League may enter the Game but are ineligible to win any\n Prizes (as defined below). If such person would otherwise win a\n Prize, the Prize shall be awarded to the next placed Player.\n

\n

\n 3. Under 18s may Register to play the Game, however the\n permission of a parent or guardian is required to receive a\n Prize. The eligibility of an under 18 to win a Prize is set out\n below.\n

\n

\n 4. No purchase of any item or service is necessary in order to\n enter the Game and no payment is required from you.\n

\n

\n 5. Registrations must not be made by agents or third parties. No\n responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete\n Registrations or Registrations not received by the Premier\n League for any reason. Any such Registrations will be deemed\n void.\n

\n

\n 6. There is no limit on the number of Registrations per\n household or organisation. However, only one Registration for\n the Game per user of the Site or App is permitted. Individuals\n are not permitted to register multiple accounts on the Site or\n App. Individuals are not permitted to provide any other person\n with access to their account on the Site or App to play the Game\n or otherwise.\n

\n

\n 7. While there is no closing date for Registration, and\n applications can be made throughout the Premier League season,\n the Premier League will publish deadlines from time to time by\n which you must be Registered as a Player in order to qualify for\n points awarded in respect of any round of matches in the Premier\n League competition. Any such information on how and when to\n enter for the Game forms part of these Terms and shall be\n binding on you.\n

\n

\n 8. Players may (at their sole discretion) enable two factor\n authentication on their account. Two factor authentication\n improves the security of Players’ accounts. Before enabling two\n factor authentication, we recommend that Players read our guide\n on two factor authentication which can be found here,{\" \"}\n \n https://www.premierleague.com/news/2667341\n \n .\n

\n

\n 9. The Premier League wishes to ensure the Game is an inclusive\n and safe place for all Players. The Premier League reserves the\n right to change the name of a Registration, team or league or\n suspend and/or delete Registrations, teams or leagues that\n contain names, words or phrases which are deemed solely by the\n Premier League to be inappropriate, promotional, profane,\n derogatory, discriminatory, divisive or offensive (irrespective\n of the opinion of the Player).\n

\n

\n 10. In submitting a Registration and becoming a Player, you will\n be providing personal data to the Premier League. Any personal\n data which you do submit will be processed in accordance with\n the Premier League's Privacy Policy, which can be found here:{\" \"}\n \n https://www.premierleague.com/privacy-policy\n {\" \"}\n and in accordance with relevant data protection legislation\n including the General Data Protection Regulation (\"GDPR\") and\n the Data Protection Act 2018. \n

\n 11. We will only share your data in accordance with our Privacy\n Policy and as set out in these Terms. Where a Player is a winner\n of a Prize, the winner's name may be published on the Site or\n App in accordance with paragraphs 38 and 39. The Premier League\n may also share your personal data if required to do so by a\n competent authority or court within the United Kingdom.\n

\n

\n 12. Both UK and non-UK Players Registering for the Game may be\n automatically entered into a \"Country League\". A Country League\n is a mini-league consisting of Players from the same Country.\n Entry into a Country League is automatic but participation in no\n way obligates the Player to receive marketing communications\n from the Premier League unless otherwise indicated during\n Registration to the Site or App. In addition, both UK and non-UK\n Players Registering for the Game may be automatically entered\n into a “Broadcaster League” in association with the official\n Premier League broadcaster in selected territories, if the\n Broadcaster chooses to administer a Broadcaster League. Any\n associated prizes for such Broadcaster Leagues are at the sole\n discretion of the relevant Broadcaster. Where a Player is the\n winner of a Prize in a \"Broadcaster League\", the Premier League\n will share that Player’s name and contact details with the\n relevant Broadcaster in order to enable that Broadcaster to\n administer their \"Broadcaster League\" by delivering a Prize to\n the winner.\n

\n

\n 13. Players can establish mini-leagues in accordance with the\n Game Rules. The Premier League does not permit any Player,\n individual or organisation (save for the Premier League and its\n clubs, Official Sponsors and Broadcast Licensees with the\n express consent of the Premier League) to create, or participate\n in, mini-leagues for any commercial purposes, including but not\n limited to:\n

\n

(a) charging for entry into a mini-league; and

\n

\n (b) making entry into a mini-league conditional on the purchase\n of services (including subscriptions) or goods.\n

\n

\n Should, in the opinion of the Premier League, a mini-league be\n created for commercial purposes the Premier League reserves the\n right to delete the mini-league and suspend or delete the\n registration of any Player who is the administrator of, or a\n participant in, the mini-league without liability. The Premier\n League cannot be held responsible for the management of any such\n mini-leagues or any loss suffered through Players’ involvement\n in them including but not limited to where they are deleted by\n the Premier League.\n

\n
\n

The Game Rules

\n

\n 14. The Game will be governed by the Game Rules (as amended from\n time to time) published on the Site (and accessible via the App)\n by the Premier League (\"Game Rules\"). The Game Rules form part\n of these Terms and by Registering for the Game, you accept the\n Game Rules. The Premier League reserves the right to alter,\n amend or supplement the Game Rules in its absolute discretion.\n You agree that no liability shall attach to the Premier League\n as a result of any such change and so are advised to check the\n Game Rules regularly. Your continued use of the Game following\n the posting of changes to the Game Rules will mean you accept\n those changes and that such changes shall apply to your use of\n the Game after such changes have been posted.\n

\n

\n 15. The Premier League will be the sole decision-maker of any\n matter of interpretation of the Game Rules and any aspect of the\n content of, or playing of, the Game. The Premier League will not\n enter into correspondence relating to such matters and its\n decision as to any matter arising out of or in connection with\n the Game Rules including but not limited to the allocation of\n points to any Player and/or the award of any Prize and/or any\n ranking or league table shall be final and conclusive.\n

\n
\n

Prizes and Winner's Details

\n

\n 16. The Premier League may choose to award prizes in respect of\n the Game (\"Prizes\"). Such Prizes will be available at the\n discretion of the Premier League and in accordance with criteria\n set by it. The Premier League reserves the right to alter and\n amend the Prizes or the criteria for winning a Prize, where\n circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it to do so.\n

\n

\n 17. Prizes are not transferable and are non-exchangeable. No\n cash alternative will be offered in any circumstances. The\n Premier League will make reasonable endeavours to accommodate\n any needs or requirements of Prize recipients and where a Prize\n includes travel or attendance at an event, the Premier League\n will seek to agree dates with the recipient. However, where the\n recipient is unavailable on the dates provided by the Premier\n League, the Prize may be forfeited, or another recipient\n selected. If any aspect of a Prize is cancelled or postponed due\n to circumstances beyond the Premier League’s control, including\n but not limited to, travel cancellations, delays or\n interruptions due to acts of God, acts and advice of\n Governments, acts of war, epidemic, pandemic, natural disasters,\n weather, acts of terrorism, national catastrophes, a period of\n mourning following the death of a monarch, advice against any\n travel by any Government or official authority for any reason\n (including by way of example only and without limitation by\n reason of any actual or potential terrorist threat) and/or the\n World Health Organisation or any internationally recognised\n medical authority for any reason or an event of force majeure,\n the Premier League shall not be responsible and that portion of\n the Prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation\n will be provided. No refunds or credit for changes to Prizes are\n allowed.\n

\n

\n 18. All Players (excluding those listed in paragraph 2) are\n eligible to win the Prizes provided the winner in each case has\n complied with these Terms. However, where a Player is under the\n age of 18, they will not be eligible to win any cash element of\n a Prize (if applicable) and parental or guardian permission must\n be obtained. Such permission must include confirmation that the\n parent/guardian agrees to the Player's Entry to the Game, they\n agree to publication of the Player’s name as winner of the\n Prize, they agree to the Player being awarded a Prize and will\n accompany the Player during any travel connected to the Prize.\n For the avoidance of doubt, this permission is separate to the\n permission that must be obtained by all Players under the age of\n 13 to set up a Premier League account, which is required to play\n the Game.\n
